adding a few words about using the file with kubectl apply? Just because we were in the context of a Jupyter notebook in this section of the guide

Acceptance Criteria

in the Kubeflow page, along with the example manifest of the Isvc, show how to use kubectl apply, and KServe SDK if that accepts directly the YAML.
