Update supported versions for node-driver-registrar #613

https://kubernetes-csi.github.io/docs/node-driver-registrar.html still lists 2.6.3 as supported still (last release was 2 years ago)
2.10, 2.11, 2.12, and 2.13 are not listed.
Ref: kubernetes-csi/node-driver-registrar#395 (which was automatically closed as stale).
It would be better if the page was updated with a clear support policy (such as latest N minor releases) to avoid such confusion.
