Add a GatewayClass SupportedVersion Status Condition Test

**What would you like to be added**:
A conformance test for the GatewayClass SupportedVersion status condition.

**Why this is needed**:
The [v1.0.0](https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/gateway-api/releases/tag/v1.0.0) release added the SupportedVersion status condition to the GatewayClass type.
