document how to test plugins in a built app (one made with make app-linux)

Currently we don't have documentation for plugin authors who want to test their plugin in a built app.

• app-build-manifest.json
• what about bundled plugins? Will someone developing app-catalog for example be able to use the normal development flow or will static plugins be used? Edit: bundled plugins are overridden by someone developing their own version of the plugin.
