Reload button after install plugin will load static file in external browser

Describe the bug

Clicking Reload Now after installing a plugin, loads the frontend index file in the external browser.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Run Headlamp desktop app
2. Go to Plugin Catalog and install a plugin; wait for the notification about reloading to show up
3. Click the Reload Now button -> It will open "file:///C:/Program%20Files/Headlamp/resources/frontend/index.html" in the external browser

Environment (please provide info about your environment):

• Installation type: Windows
• Headlamp Version: 0.28.0

I think handleDeleteConfirm() should be modified as

 function handleDeleteConfirm() {
    const name = plugin.name.split('/').splice(-1)[0];
    const dispatch = useDispatch();
    
    deletePlugin(name)
      .then(() => {
        const pluginSettings =PluginSettings();

        const updatedPlugins = pluginSettings.filter(plugin => plugin.name !== name);
        dispatch(setPluginSettings(updatedPlugins));
      })
      .catch(error => {
        console.error("Failed to delete plugin:", error);
      });
      .finally(() => {
        // redirect /plugins page
        window.location.pathname = '/settings/plugins';
      });
  } 

and PluginSettings() should be changed to

export default function PluginSettings() {
  const dispatch = useDispatch();
  const pluginSettings = useTypedSelector(state => state.plugins.pluginSettings);

  const handleSave = (plugins: PluginInfo[]) => {
    dispatch(setPluginSettings(plugins));
  };

  return (
    <PluginSettingsPure
      plugins={pluginSettings}
      onSave={handleSave} // No need for reloadPage()
    />
  );
}
