minikube addon instructions out of date for new kubernetes way of making token

The docs on the minikube addon are out of date.

Need new docs like what we have for creating a token on new k8s.

To Reproduce

Try to use minikube headlamp addon with new k8s version.

Creating a token doesn't work as documented.

Environment (please provide info about your environment):

A new k8s version with latest minikube at time of writing.

This is an important fix, because as it stands pretty much every new user of the minikube addon won't be able to use it.
