make app-linux breaks ./backend/headlamp-server

Describe the bug

After running make app-linux the ./backend/headlamp-server file has the wrong architecture.

/bin/sh: 1: ./backend/headlamp-server: Exec format error
make: *** [Makefile:99: run-backend] Error 126

Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. make app-linux
2. make run-backend

Environment (please provide info about your environment):

• Installation type: WSL
• Headlamp Version: 0.30.0 main branch
