Enable autologin on OIDC #4343

When we have OpenID connect configured, we could want to enable automatic redirect to IDP instead of having the login screen where we can choose Signin or Token based auth.
What users will benefit from this feature?
Having a more corporate integration and admins may want to disable token based auth....

No I am not a developper... I would like but I can't.... Maybe I can Vibe code it but not sure you will accept my PR :-)
