meUserInfoURL with create.secret=true failure

Describe the bug

meUserInfoURL is not specified in the secret so deployment fails when create.secret=true

Environment (please provide info about your environment):

• Headlamp Version: 0.38.0

Run:

helm template headlamp-test ./charts/headlamp   --set config.oidc.createSecret=true   --set config.oidc.meUserInfoURL="https://example.com/userinfo"   --show-only templates/secret.yaml

Output:

I reproduce the issue. Until the PR is merged, I will not use meUserInfoURL
