Currently Deployment resources use the default revisionHistoryLimit which results in left over replicasets.

Be able to set the revisionHistoryLimit value on the Deployment, allowing users set it to whatever value they prefer.

What users will benefit from this feature?

Cluster/application administrators who may be spending extra effort cleaning up older replicasets.
