Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the impact that the lack of the feature requested is creating.

The teams using the headlamp instance we maintain are often getting confused by the events page as it is only showing warnings and error events by default when this is probably only a third of what is happening at that time. The mismatch between k8s events and headlamp events is a clearly a source of friction when switching between the two

A toggle on install or some other way of globally setting the default behaviour of the events toggle to allow it to not be just warnings and above

What users will benefit from this feature?

Potentially all users but I am a helm-chart and I guess by extension an in-cluster user.

Are you able to implement this feature?

Unknown. I am going to have a go but in all honesty I don't know what i'm doing so if someone who does can do it I would be much more confident that it works and isn't doing something weird
