Adding support to generic tool calling auth and policy.
Why this is needed:
The new generatation of Agentic tools directly rely on skills instead of MCPs (think of xxxxClaw) to do tool calling. I wonder if there is a way to make this solution generic enough to apply to that usage pattern?
