Cross-Cluster Operator Communication: Feasibility and Best Practices

Our team is considering a design where a PostgreSQL operator running in one Kubernetes cluster would need to communicate and coordinate with another PostgreSQL operator running in a separate Kubernetes cluster.

I'd like to get your thoughts on whether:

1. This cross-cluster operator communication is technically feasible?
2. This approach aligns with standard Kubernetes architectural patterns and best practices?
3. If this is a possible, have any operator achieved something like this ?
