Why is this needed:
We want to avoid unsynchronized documentation.

Completion requirements:

Before we implement any Kueue repository specific scripts, we want to investigate if there are any existing tools.

This enhancement requires the following artifacts:

• Design doc
• API change
• Docs update

The artifacts should be linked in subsequent comments.
