Release v0.7.3 request

The fix for issue "Cannot create UnstructuredExtractor - duplicate entry for /v1, Kind=APIResourceList" was not ported into release-0.7 branch. Therefore, the issue is still not fixed in v0.7.2.

This is to request porting this fix to release-0.7 branch and then release a new v0.7.3 version.
