Remove support for Flatcar Linux and E2E tests to increase CI stability

What happened:

We should remove the E2E tests for Flatcar Linux from CI in order to improve the stability and to reduce the maintenance effort.

It's not clear if there are still community members using spo with a cluster running Flatcar Linux.

If that is the case, please comment to this issue. Thanks

What you expected to happen:

Remove the E2E tests for Flatcar Linux from CI. This will reduce the guarantee that spo will run in future smoothly on Flatcar Linux.

Hi 👋 Giant Swarm is not deploying SPO right now but we have recently discovered it and are evaluating it as a platform feature for our customers. We would love to see Flatcar support continued ❤️

Can you say more about the maintenance effort for Flatcar specifically? We have folks who may be able to help
