What happened:
We have some requirements that need to add some special tags on LB, listeners, pools. But for now, the LB, listeners, pools are created by OCCM automatically and will add a default tag for LB, listeners, pools, we have to add the tags to LB, listeners, pools manually, could we add a feature that could support add tags to LB, listeners, pools?
What you expected to happen:
Could we add some annotations on service, such as:

loadbalancer.openstack.org/load-balancer-tags="["tags-1", "tags-2"]"
loadbalancer.openstack.org/listeners-tags="["tags-1", "tags-2"]"
