The value for Supervisor host is hardcoded when onboarding a cluster as a Guest Cluster #1709

Description

@100mik

What happened?

The change made by this PR: f6ead93

Always uses supervisor.default.svc as the value for Supervisor host. I am configuring my guest cluster via the proxied supervisor endpoint.

What did you expect to happen?

Would it be possible to make the host value configurable and default to supervisor.default.svc

For our use case it would be really helpful if this is made available to us as a patch for 1.34

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

It is impossible to change the value today

Anything else we need to know (please consider providing level 4 or above logs of CPI)?
