Distributors Removal for Weaveworks

Given the closing of Weaveworks, I've reached out to see if we can remove Weave from the Kubernetes distributors list. The last posted conformance tests for Weave was Kubernetes 1.27, and now that Kubernetes 1.27 is EOL (as of June 28, 2024), we won’t be issuing any more patches for old versions.

I'll give it a week, and remove if we don't get positive verification of current distributions or confirmation of removal.
