SIG Node: zoom admins

Describe the issue

SIG node growth in number of subgroups requiring zoom meetings management.

I suggest we create a new mailing list sig-node-zoom-admins to become a SIG Node zoom account email. It will replace one that we currently use: https://github.com/kubernetes/k8s.io/blob/main/groups/sig-node/groups.yaml#L22

This way we can invite subproject leads as well as trusted volunteers to help us manage zoom meetings and recordings. It will simplify discussions like this: https://kubernetes.slack.com/archives/C1TU9EB9S/p1768972734277669

SGTM! as a note: we functionally have this now that we can give the host key, but i'm down to codify the trusted members past giving them a key.

Some of the documentation may be outdated and we encourage folks to raise issues/PRs to improve those.
