add kubeproxydaemonset patch target #3288
Description
this is a low hanging fruit and there is no high demand for it.
kubespray had a use case for it in terms of testing:

but other than that i have not seen any use cases.
i think for the sake of consistency and given we already have a corednsdeployment target we could add it.

the change is not super complicated but not so trivial either, to alight with the help-wanted rules.
