Unclear instructions for editing kubeconfig file in kubectl installation guide for Windows

During the Kubernetes installation using Chocolatey, after step 6 it says "Edit the config file with a text editor of your choice, such as Notepad."

However, it doesn't tell you what to add to the config file.
