Translate content/ko/docs/concepts/containers/cri.md into Korean.

Why is this needed
To help users better understand the concept of Container Runtime Interface (CRI) by providing localized documentation.

I found that the document is already translated but stored in an incorrect path. I'm closing this issue and will submit a PR to fix the directory structure instead.

Reopening this issue: Upon further review, I noticed that the existing Korean translation is not only in the wrong path but also technically outdated. I will proceed with both relocating the file and updating the content within this issue.
