Update MITRE framework for new controls

Microsoft & MITRE have updated the Threat Matrix for Kubernetes: https://microsoft.github.io/Threat-Matrix-for-Kubernetes/

We should audit the controls we have, and add/remove/rename them where appropriate, to reflect the latest version.
