editing resources erase all other resources in single file

Describe the bug
When i edit a resource from a multi resource file, the file is saved with only the edited resource. All the other resources are deleted

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open a file containing multiple Kubernetes resources
2. Select one resource to focus the editor on that resource
3. Edit the resource
4. When going to diff panel or viewing the file with another text editor only the edited resources is present in the file

Expected behavior
All the original resources in the file should be saved when one resource is edited
