Describe this feature
To address the issue that users in China cannot access docker.io ,quay.io or registry.k8s.io, the images required during cluster installation with KK need to be synchronized to Qingcloud's server: hub.kubesphere.com.cn.
Only mirror the minor versions of each Kubernetes release, and only the images for the latest patch version.
