Update to latest Multus #2514

There is a well known race condition in Multus during an ungraceful node restart that has been fixed in the latest version.
k8snetworkplumbingwg/multus-cni#1221
Describe the solution you'd like:
Deploy the latest version of Multus and the daemonset using cp -f in the init container
Describe alternatives you've considered:
Manually modify the daemonset created by the cluster-network-addons-operator
