Rename `kubewarden/kubewarden-controller` to `kubewarden/adm-controller`

Now that the Kubewarden project is more than an admission controller and we also have all our codebase living inside of a monorepo, we want to rename kubewarden-controller repository to something that is more explicit.

We want to rename kubewarden/kubewarden-controller to kubewarden/adm-controller.

TODO list:

• rename project on GitHub
• container images: rename the kubewarden-controller to be controller
• move all the container images under ghcr.io/kubewarden/adm-controller/<image name>
• helm charts: no changes, we will have a single helm chart in the near future, which is going to have a "better" name
• slsactl: update the provenance of the images, they are now built inside of a different repository
• automation
  • updatecli automation on helm charts repo (see here)
• docs:
  • double check mentions to the kubewarden-controller image, also links to the monorepo
