Run loadtests as part of E2E

Acceptance criteria

• Run https://github.com/kubewarden/load-testing as part of E2E testsuite, both in indirect-connection and direct-connection mode. As a starting point, hardcode an expected result, and error if there's a noticeable deviation.
• Make sure the policies in https://github.com/kubewarden/load-testing/blob/main/policies.yaml are up to date, and use update-cli to automate their bumps
