Make it easy to see if all my DPs are upgraded

Description

I guess this is one of those "we should go to Mars" issues.

We could just add a version column to all our DP tables..

..but it be nice to do something on our CP "dashboard" (i.e. the home page) tell me 1/20 DPs are on a version different to the CP and then giving me a way to see only the ones that are trailing. Or generally just make an easier way than requiring an admin to page through all their pages of DPs to find the trailing versions themselves.

I dunno maybe I'm overthinking it.
