Some endpoints are missing from the final `openapi.yaml` (i.e. Secrets)

Description

For example, /meshes/{mesh}/secrets endpoints https://kuma.io/docs/2.12.x/reference/http-api/#secrets are not in the final OAS and so can't be used in Terraform providers.
