The MIDI program parameter in the graph settings is sometimes not able to be changed, either by sliding or entering text.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Duplicate a graph with a MIDI program set.
- Go to the graph settings for the new graph.
- Observe that the MIDI program cannot be changed.

Additional context
This also happens when you just create a new graph, but it becomes editable after saving, closing and opening the program again.
