User assigned tempo along with MIDI program changes.

Add a new column to a MIDI Map node that sends tempo to the transport for tempo settings for individual MIDI MAP programs. ( not sure if time signature is required )

Question: should it ignore a tempo change if external clock is enabled? I'm thinking yes.
