[Bug]: Element on M4 Mac Mini not starting

### What happened?

A bug happened! Element not starting on M4 Mac Mini, only if I enable "start with Rosetta" Element starts up and works. This is was crash report says:  EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGKILL (Code Signature Invalid))
