[Bug]: MIDI I/O Device nodes don't process midi

### What happened?

The MIDI I/O Device (in and out) nodes don't seem to process midi. However, activity is displayed in the green indicator light in the top right corner. Also, in the Graph I can't create more than 1 midi input. See attached vid.
