[Bug]: Not able to load vst3

What happened?

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

When I try to load my VST3 plugins, none of them show up. I double checked the VST3 path and it is correct. Some of the VSTs not detected are Vital, KV-Element itself and Spectral Suite. When i scan for them, I can see on the dialog the .vst3 existing and none of them are loading.

I tried using v0.46.6 and some of the VST show up but the rest have the message "Deactivated after failing to initialise correctly". This message is missing when using the latest public version.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Set VST3 path to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3".
Scan for new or updated VST3 plugins.
Wait (this part is rather slow)

Expected behavior
The VST3 are listed.

Thanks! I ran the scan one more time and it managed to get autochroma, Buffr Glitch, Crisp, Crossover and Diopser. Fracture is one of the VST3s that it couldn't load.
