Update ramp

Hi, ErlangRT isn't working with the latest rust nightly it was breaking because of ramp. So I issued a pr to fix ramp which has been merged and released.

There are still thing breaking in the code but at least it's a start.

Do we have to wait until Ramp changes are versioned and released? Any idea when?

It's in version "0.5.2", they did a release the same day that they merged the changes.

I only fixed what the compiler told me to fix 😁 pretty simple. I'm still just a beginner in rust.
