Read edited geojson file with the shorelines

Dear Kvos, I hope you are fine.

I have noticed that sometimes the detected shorelines have some mistakes that may be corrected by editing (deleting out layers that are not part of the shoreline) in Qgis.

Please check the attached image where I compared the coastSat output shorelines (red color) and the same one after being cleaned (cian color) by editing.

How may be included in the code the geojson file with cleaned shoreline before getting the .csv file?

hi wilmer, you can clean the geojson, but then you will need to re-create the outputs structure so it can be read by the next set of functions that compute the intersections etc. have a look in SDS_tools how the geojson is create in the first place (from outputs to geojson) and you may be able to write a function that goes the reverse, from geojson to outputs.
