chore: bump aurora submodule to 7a00fc4

Update aurora submodule from 3ba53ee to 7a00fc4 (main HEAD,
merge of PR #17). Picks up 11 commits including:

Harness: core.hooksPath migration, Node.js frontmatter parser,
validate-harness.sh robustness overhaul, CI shellcheck + commitlint
fixes, hook mode fixes.

Framework: aurora.inc.php display_errors fix, smoke test scaffolding,
semgrep rule fixtures.
