Expose parquet-wasm in Parquet implementation status page?

Parquet-wasm is not listed in https://parquet.apache.org/docs/file-format/implementationstatus/, which makes hard to understand what is supported and what is not. I guess it's mainly related to the arrow-rs column, but it would be good to confirm it in the README here, or to link to the Implementation Status page if you had Parquet-wasm there.

I think it should match the arrow-rs column. Perhaps some specific APIs aren't available here, like we don't currently expose an API for reading encrypted parquet files.
