Play/Pause & Adjust Volume Per Source? (Bonus, as a Popup Menu)

Hello!

I'm not sure how possible this is, although MacOS seems to maybe support it already in some way..

Basically I'd like something like this panel, but floating/as a popup if possible, to Play/Pause Apple Music / Youtube etc, or switch between them and adjust volumes and so on.

Sometimes I'm listening to music locally/on my SSD, and then I decide to switch to Youtube, or someone sends a link, so I want to quickly Pause/Play different sources or tweak volumes on the fly. WIthout going through different apps/windows or tons of Sub-Menus.
