Allow overriding colors for specific conditions

Description

Allow developers to define flexible rules for highlighting conditions in different colors.

Reasons

Developers need some flexibility when defining conditionList widget:

• Sometimes a condition that is 'True' is not positive. (i.e Do not show deployment as healthy if the replica creation failed (i.e because of warden) #3472)
• It would be great to be able to define an Unknown condition value as informative, not always as error (for example scaledObject resource from keda has many conditions that have an unknown value until user configures it in the spec - see attachment)
