Description

Provide a configuration option for ResourceList widget allowing to render empty lists in a compact way without the extra graphics

Reasons

Resource details views are usually full of data. Developers who want to include a list for related resources should have an option to configure it, so that it doesn't render the special empty mode but rather renders an empty list in a compact way
