Adding own module-template CM using `Add Source YAML` is not working

Description
As a user, when I'll provide a link to the module template, for example:
https://github.com/kyma-project/busola/blob/main/tests/integration/fixtures/community-modules/busola-0-11.yaml
I want to add the busola module to the cluster (the RAW link is also not working).

Expected result
The user can add their own module template via Add Source YAML.

Actual result
The user can't add their own module template via Add Source YAML.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the Modules view
2. Click Add in the Community Modules table
3. Click Add in Source YAML table
4. Provide a link to the module template for your repo (example)

The goal of this issue is also to adjust the test-community-modules.spec.js to cover this case.
