Hero needs to be, uh.... better #50
Description
We used to have links in the Hero so it served a purpose. Now links are in the Quick Links section and the hero is just an image and some text.
This issue needs to start with a light design pass starting with: "what should be at the top of this website?" The answer might not be "we need a hero".
