Update for ILIAS 8 and 9 #32

ILIAS 7 will reach its official end of life in a couple of months. Are there any plans to update assPaintQuestion to work with ILIAS 8 / 9, or is this unlikely to happen in the foreseeable future?
Some context: At the University of Konstanz, we are currently in the planning process for organizing exams using convertibles (Chromebooks) with styluses next semester (using ILIAS 7 for now) and would like to use assPaintQuestion for this, so we're wondering whether the plug-in will continue to be compatible with future ILIAS versions. We'd be grateful for any information you can give us so we can plan accordingly :-).
