shizuki+ pixel ims patch does not work on my phone

I tried the way listed in troubleshooting list, and still cannot register IMS.
My phone is REALME 13 pro+ China Mainland Version, patched, still not working.
My phone and carrier both support VoLTE, my carrier is Bitel Peru.
I asked the Realme service, they say they do not match and config VoLTE with carriers except China Mainland, so I do not know if shizuki+pixel ims works in this situation. I really need help because i am individual in Peru and cannot contact with others, I do not speak Español, so I really need help what should I do

As far as I know this has been developed to work on Google pixel devices not on any other device.
