MTS RUS - VoLTE works

Thank you very much for the patch. I installed it on my Pixel 9 PRO a week ago.
Carrier MTS RUS.
MCC 250, MNC 1
Pixel 9 Pro: BP1A.250305.020
Pixel IMS: 1.2.8
Shizuku: 13.5.4.r1049.0e53409

VoLTE works well, but I couldn't make WoWiFi work at all.

Hi @eliotcougar can you share your configuration file? I want to try to enable it on Viva-MTS (Armenia).
