Track implementations once KDP is merged

I don't see the Discussions section in this repo, so am using this issue to capture what we've discussed in the meeting.

We will start with the task list to track the implementation once a KDP is accepted and merged. Now is tracked via Projects in kyverno org which will be later migrated to use task list. cc @JimBugwadia

There are useful tools which can be considered to standardize and track the implementations:

• Tekton community
• in-toto Enhancements (ITEs)
• Cloud Native Buildpacks RFCs
