[Feature Request] `toBeResolvedWith`

If we already have toBeRejectedWith, surely we could have toBeResolvedWith.

Well, I am just starting a mass migration from mocha + @jest/expect setup to mocha + earl setup, and toBeResolvedWith is a huge gap here.

Maybe adding a new special exports earl/jest for easier migration then?

@SukkaW do you have any code examples? personally I would recommend using something like claude code to do mass migration.
